Every Odrayan piece is made to order or pulled from limited first-drop stock, so a little care goes into packing and dispatch. Here's what to expect.
Shipping
- Coverage — we currently ship pan-India. International shipping is on our roadmap but not yet available.
- Dispatch time — orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation. You'll receive a tracking link by WhatsApp and email once your order ships.
- Delivery time — once dispatched, allow up to 5-7 business days for Delhi NCR and nearby regions, and up to 7-10 business days for the rest of India.
- Shipping charges — complimentary on every order through October 31, 2026 as a launch offer. From November 2026, a flat ₹149 shipping fee applies nationwide, always shown at checkout before you pay.
- Payment — prepaid orders only (UPI, cards, netbanking via Razorpay, or WhatsApp checkout).
Returns & Exchanges
- Exchange & store credit, first — we prioritize exchanges and store credit over cash refunds. Refunds are reserved for our own errors — a damaged, defective, or wrong item — or when no suitable exchange is available.
- Return window — for a size or style exchange, write to us within 7 days of delivery. For a damage or defect claim, write to us within 2 days of delivery with a photo or short video of the issue. In both cases, the piece should be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- Handloom character, not a defect — small variations in weave, texture, and dye are part of what makes each handloom piece genuinely one-of-a-kind. These natural variations are a craft signature, not grounds for a return.
- Made-to-order pieces — because our handloom fabrics are limited and many pieces are cut to order, some styles may be marked final sale. This will always be noted clearly on the product page before you buy.
- Not returnable — Final Sale or launch-discount pieces, worn, washed, or altered items, and made-to-order pieces once cutting has begun.
- Who covers return shipping — for a self-chosen size or style exchange, return shipping is on you. If the issue is ours — damaged, defective, or the wrong item — we cover return shipping in full.
- How to start a return — write to us at support@odrayan.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, and we'll guide you through pickup and refund or exchange.
- Refunds & store credit — once we receive and inspect the returned piece, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (exact timing can vary slightly by your bank). Where store credit is issued instead, it's valid for 6 months from the date it's issued.
